Carolyn Knape - Artist and Art Stager

I consider the works of Dali, Picasso and Van Gough strong influences in the development and evolution of my own painting style.  Capturing life and composition, I focus on color dynamics, linear composition and cohesiveness.  I classify much of my work as “structural abstract impressionism”.

Mostly an oil painter, enjoy custom work; abstracts, city scenes, street scenes, structures, still life, pets, boats, cars, homes, etc. Can match different materials and requested colors. I gallery wrap or frame all my paintings, also enjoy mosaic work.
